The Role:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is required to come in and take complete ownership of the entire Digital Marketing strategy. The role will allow you to scale the channels for success, while working closely within the marketing team to employ best practices for growth, solve problems and generate learnings to achieve success.
- Own and implement the digital strategy for the websites, SEO, SEM, display advertising, email marketing, and social media.
- The ability to manage through ambiguity and be a strong strategic thinker Demonstrated deep understanding of paid media best practices, KPIs, and industry benchmarks.
- Lead strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of digital channels including SEO, SEM, programmatic display, and other paid media.
- Have deep expertise in online (paid search, paid social, display, affiliate) channels.
- You optimize campaigns according to best practices while scaling the channels according to relevant KPIs
- Track and evaluate metrics for all digital platforms and recommend and implement solutions to improve strategy and customer experience
- Conceptual design and creation of comprehensive dashboards and reports
- Project manage account analytics efforts setting company-wide best practices and processes
- Highly analytical/data-driven and with the ability to quickly turn data into insight, and insight into strategy.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and regularly analyze data to give recommendations on future implementations.
Your skill set:
- Fluent English speaker
- Experience in the International / German market.
- A proven record in managing Digital Marketing campaigns and working with data.
- Being able to develop strategies for data management solutions in digital marketing.
- Direct experience developing and optimizing successful campaigns using Google Analytics and Ad Words, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Analytics / Digital Marketing tools and services e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, SEO, AB-Testing, social media, Tag Management System, Adwords etc.
- German is a Plus
