Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Sales

Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Sales
- Actively and organized search, find and build effective connections with potential clients via phone, email, and online sessions.
- Actively and organized follow-up with leads via phone, email, and online sessions.
- Having effective sales speeches to convince potential leads to book a session.
- Preparing quotes/invoices and follow-up for the payment.
- Regularly update the CRM system for all the changes.
2- Account Management
- Perform Account Management role as the clients’ representative in the company.
- Creating a solid professional, and friendly relationship with clients.
- Actively liaise between clients and the operations team.
- Assigning tasks and due dates and following up with the operations team to ensure meeting the deadlines.
- Administer client billing, and invoicing, collect overdue payments, and process receipts.
- Administer clients’ dashboards, create reports and update clients regularly.
- Review projects with the operations team to ensure everything is ready before reviewing with clients.
- Reviewing projects with clients in online sessions, documenting the required changes/touch-ups, and follow-up with the operations team to apply them.
3- Office Administration
- Answer the main phone line, provide general information on services offered by Adicator, and direct calls if required.
- Maintain all calendar bookings and required arrangements.
- Managing databases, subscriptions, and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to the entire team and handle all follow-ups.
- Handle the receptionist duties and complete a set of company secretarial documents and activities.
- Collating and filing the expenses.
- Plan team activities
4- Assistant Management
- Remind the manager of essential tasks, deadlines, and events at work and on personal matters.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, procedures, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, clients as well as family members.
- Organizing the manager’s commitments, including travel, events, and other personal-related tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine operational issues independently and collaborate with the manager on more complex issues.
- Perform hiring, disciplinary, training, performance management, employee relations, and termination activities in collaboration with the manager.
- Other tasks as requested by the manager.
