استخدام Hybrid-Remote) Talent Acquisition Specialist)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (commonly referred to as a Recruiter) to join our team in Tehran. This is a hybrid/remote position with the requirement of being on-site a minimum of twice a month. Your focus will be on managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-driven, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates. Ensure a smooth interview process and timely feedback to candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company's values, culture, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed of their application status and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment efforts.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment-related databases.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Support initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring a diverse candidate pool.

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a track record of successful candidate placements.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing methods and tools, including ATS usage.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English
