We are looking for a Scrum Master to participate in our technical teams. The Scrum Master provides effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills supporting the agile development process.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supports Agile thinking as the norm and help foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Organizes and facilitates work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
- Helps to Create the product roadmap, coaches the writing of value-driven user stories, features, and epics, and maintains a well-defined backlog
- Drives improvement in team key performance indicators
- Communicates status, issues, and defined KPIs to stakeholders and varying levels of the organization
- Ensures that our ways of working are consistent across the teams
- Follow a Product Development Process that includes elements of planning, estimation, gathering and analyzing requirements, developing concepts and designs, implementation, developing and executing test plans' and engaging in work product reviews
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- At least three years of working experience in any part of the software development lifecycle – as a scrum master, product owner, project/program manager, etc.
- Deep knowledge of Kanban and Scrum
- Team player
- Ability to take and understand his/her commitment to delivering the product on time.
- Fluent in English – At least can read and write in English!
