شرح موقعیت شغلی

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consumer and market research
  • mastery of branding and marketing communications
  • Design a research-based brand strategy
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message 
  • Communicate our brand personality internally and align the company around foundational ideas
  • Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market
  • Measure and report on the success of Branding campaigns
  • Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand up-to-date
  • Developing new ways of internal communication
  • Communicating with other departments
  • Improving Fly Today’s Employer Branding
  • Design creative campaigns for social media to increase audience interaction.
  • Content provider and active social media player.
  • Implement and drive HR events.
  • Create an innovative concept for an employer branding video and plan to make it viral.
  • Plan calendar and X number of social media activities
  • Responding to negative and positive user reviews and taking action for questions and complaints (ex: LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to build a positive relationship.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and think outside the box to create engaging content.
  Internal Communications:


  • Developed and implemented new internal communications to increase awareness of the company’s mission, vision, values, and goals among employees
  • Identified, researched, wrote, and published content for internal audiences
  • Provided the employee persona report to be used in all aspects of HR projects
  • Developed, implemented, and managed all internal communications, programs, and initiatives, aligning with the communications strategy
  • Developed quarterly magazine highlighting technical articles, company news, and events
  • Defined and developed new media and technology to support innovative approaches to inspirational and motivational updates
  • Identified priorities, created communications plans, and successfully built a communications road-map
  • Managed a team that produced high-quality work and developed creative new ideas
  • Developed and implemented various ways to receive the voice of employees via annual surveys and occasional surveys
  Employer Branding:


  • Developed a social media strategy to be used for all companies in the group
  • Managed social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, …) as well as the company website
  • Successfully implemented social media strategy and achieved predetermined results
  • Collaborated with talent team on talent team’s campaigns, job fairs, and ...
   Requirements:


  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms: campaign and content development, scheduling and posting, monitoring, tracking and reporting, copy writing
  • Knowledge of content marketing, marketing & communication activities is Plus
  • Energetic, organized characteristic is highly recommended

  • +5 years of experience in this field
  • This job is full-time and onsite
