We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fly Today to join our Human Resources department.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Following the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer reference-check, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Conducting HR Interviews (Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.)
- Full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- BA in Human Resources Management or relevant fiel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

Working Hours:
- Saturday to Wednesday 9 to 17 and Thursday 9 to 13
