• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Create and manage customer acquisition budgets and forecasts.
• Measure and report on the success of customer acquisition campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the customer acquisition process.
• Provide results and recommendations against new approaches, customers, technologies, sites, for cutting-edge programs across web, mobile and all digital extensions.

• Proven experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• A passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
