شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly motivated Category Manager. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of sourcing and commercial activities for a specific product category. This includes developing and managing product assortment, setting pricing, developing, and executing marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:


  • Source and manage relationship with FMCG suppliers
  • Develop and manage product assortment for the assigned category, ensuring that it meets needs of the target customer and is aligned with company's overall e-commerce strategy.
  • Set pricing for products in the category on platform, taking into account factors such as competition, cost, and demand.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure that products are available in a timely manner and meet the company's quality standards.
  • Track and analyze sales data to measure the performance of the category and make necessary adjustments.
  • Work with other members of the e-commerce team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Profit and loss control
  • Inventory control and take action for items
 


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
