We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to manage and maintain monitoring systems, improve service performance, and troubleshoot various system issues. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams to ensure high system reliability, availability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain monitoring and logging systems using tools like ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, and Sentry.
- Identify and resolve system issues, improving service performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot incidents and system failures, ensuring system stability and continuous uptime.
- Debug and trace issues across different services.
- Handle scalability challenges by optimizing systems to manage increasing load, traffic, and data growth while maintaining performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents during non-working hours (On-call duty).
- Extend and improve current monitoring systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Familiarity or experience with programming frameworks such as Django or .NET.
- Experience with web servers and load balancers.
- Expertise with Relational Database solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
- Good self-learning and research skills, with the ability to find solutions independently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple technical teams.
- Familiarity with OWASP security concepts.
