استخدام Senior Business Development Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and advertising sales. The role involves selling advertising placements within the Herlife app to key clients and establishing collaborations with strategic partners to enhance the “Clinic” vertical by integrating insurance-covered services.


Responsibilities:

  1. Advertising Sales:
    • Identify, approach, and close deals with key clients to sell advertising placements within the Herlife app.
    • Develop tailored advertising packages that meet client objectives while aligning with Herlife’s brand values.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and recurring revenue.
  2. Strategic Partnerships:
    • Identify and onboard strategic partners to expand Herlife’s Clinic vertical services.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with insurance companies and healthcare providers to enable insured medical services within the platform.
    • Foster relationships with industry stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  3. Market Research & Strategy:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
    • Develop actionable strategies to improve advertising and partnership initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure successful implementation of advertising campaigns and strategic initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports and insights on revenue performance and partnership effectiveness to senior management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, advertising sales, or partnerships in the tech, healthcare, or digital media industries.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and negotiating successful contracts.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
    • Proficiency in PM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Team player with excellent organizational skills.
