شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative, user-centric products that meet our users’ needs and exceed their expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create exceptional user experiences.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product design concepts, prototypes, and wireframes that align with product vision and goals
  • Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency across products and platforms
  • Create high-quality designs that reflect user needs, business requirements, and brand guidelines
  • Participate in design critiques, and other team meetings to share ideas and receive feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our products.

Qualifications:


  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in applying visual design principles to create engaging and effective designs.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with user research methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Enthusiastic about collaborating with and learning from other designers and cross-functional teams to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Experience working on a large-scale mobile application is a plus.
