شرح موقعیت شغلی

We seek a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a profound understanding of current digital trends, and the expertise to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI. 
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across digital channels including Google ads, app install, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field. Master's degrees or advanced certifications are a plus.
  • At least 2  years of experience in digital marketing. 
  • We have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, and app campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager & app trackers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
