We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with strong product management knowledge. Your primary focus will be on driving long and short-term growth for our partners through new customer acquisition and retention. 

This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing product development goals to align with marketing strategies. So, you need strong hands-on performance marketing experiences, to know your digital advertising, to make decisions by analyzing data, to have heightened problem-solving skills, and, to be a collaborator who works cross different teams and projects.

About the role: 

As a Performance Marketer, we expect you to have a strong background in performance marketing and proficiency in digital advertising platforms is required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data-driven insights to achieve marketing excellence and drive business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Constant monitoring and analysis of projects.
  • Prepare reports of project analysis and write action plans & proposal lists for improvement.
  • Ability to create and implement data tracking plan using Google Tag Manager
  • Optimize web pages conversion rate (CRO)
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance marketing channels: Having experience managing and optimizing campaigns across various channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and running custom events & reports on GA
  • User experience (UX) understanding: Having a good understanding of UX principles and being able to collaborate with UX designers to create seamless user experiences is a key factor.
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO): having good experience in optimizing landing pages, A/B testing, and improving conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of product management principles: Understanding the product development lifecycle, product-market fit, and customer segmentation.
  • Having a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) is a plus
  • Having a solid understanding of search engine optimization and content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings is a plus.
