Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in designing and developing user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background with a focus on user experience and usability, as well as a deep understanding of web design principles including responsive design and accessibility. Someone with a strong design portfolio that showcases their design process and user-centered design skills. The candidate should also have experience leading and mentoring other designers and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, account managers, and others.

About the role:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centered and visually appealing interfaces for websites and web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to deliver high-quality digital products that meet user needs and business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and implementation
  • Develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the design process
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet accessibility and usability standards
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of the designs meets the intended user experience
  • Mentor and guide junior designers in the team
  • Continuously improve design processes and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness
Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and user-centered design skills
  • Experience leading and mentoring other designers
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid understanding of web design principles including responsive design, accessibility, and usability
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
