We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is not only an expert in Figma but also highly skilled in AI-powered design tools and prompt engineering. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize AI-powered user interfaces for projects across fintech, blockchain, healthcare, and enterprise SaaS.
Utilize Figma to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI components.
Develop AI-enhanced workflows using tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, RunwayML, and Figma AI plugins.
Implement prompt engineering techniques to generate UI assets effectively.
Establish and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine user experiences.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers and product teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation to facilitate team collaboration in a remote work environment.
Ensure all UI/UX designs align with accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Expertise in Figma, with deep knowledge of auto-layout, components, and prototyping.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and interaction design.
Experience with AI-powered design tools such as MidJourney, DALL·E, and Stable Diffusion.
Proven ability in prompt engineering for AI-generated assets.
Experience designing for web, mobile, and SaaS applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a remote-first environment.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (not required for coding but useful for collaboration).
Strong documentation skills, ensuring that design processes and decisions are well recorded.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and animated UI components.
Background in fintech, blockchain, or AI-driven application design.
Knowledge of Web3 UX/UI design principles.
Experience in data visualization and dashboard UI.
