Role Overview: 


As a Product Manager at Keepa, you will be responsible for driving product delivery, collaborating closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional squads to ensure the timely launch and performance of high-quality fintech solutions. You will contribute to prioritizing product roadmaps, resolving team dependencies, and ensuring delivery aligns with business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.


 


 


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, shape, and challenge product requests based on customer needs, business value, and strategic alignment
  • Work with Engineering, Design, Business, and QA teams to translate product requirements into executable delivery plans
  • Own and maintain the product delivery lifecycle, from scope definition to post-release performance tracking
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, align on goals, and maintain a clear flow of communication
  • Help prioritize initiatives and features by balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives
  • Proactively identify and manage inter-team dependencies, delivery risks, and blockers
  • Ensure high-quality releases that meet both functional requirements and strategic impact
  • Support agile ceremonies (standups, retros, demos) and advocate for continuous improvement in delivery and discovery
  • Track product outcomes and provide feedback loops to inform future iterations and roadmap planning
  • Work with Product Leadership to support roadmap prioritization based on impact, feasibility, and timelines
  • Ensure that releases meet functional, non-functional, and business requirements with minimal friction
  • Monitor and report on key delivery metrics, KPIs, project statuses, and delivery health indicators


 


Requirements and Skills


  • 3+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering products or features on time with high quality in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to work across engineering, business, and executive stakeholders
  • Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or ClickUp
  • Experience managing prioritization and trade-offs across user experience, performance, and business goals
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse teams
  • Basic technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations
  • Bonus: Experience in multi-tenancy platforms, financial workflows, or regulatory environments
