استخدام Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Description

As a Performance Marketing specialist, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to be an analytical thinker with a growth mindset with a passion for testing, hacking, and learning from the tests you’ll be owning.



Roles and Responsibilities



● Build, manage and day-to-day optimize acquisition campaigns across all performance marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social and Display to drive revenue and increase ROI.


● Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including but not limited to: budget pacing, inbound volume, ROAS, ARR, LTV, and CAC


● Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and marketing KPI’s.


● Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix.


● Managing budgets across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC.


● Design and developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards.


● Work with creative and marketing team to test new strategies and new channels.


● Running various A/B Tests with different strategies based on marketing objectives.



Key Requirements


● 2+ Previous experience in a quantitative marketing role like Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.


● Proven track record of Creating, launching and Optimizing Search campaigns in Google Ads.


● Proven track record of Creating, launching and optimizing Display campaigns in Yektanet, MediaAd, etc.


● Well experienced in Google analytics tools and Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.


● Analytical skills and understanding of data.


● Fundamental marketing knowledge.


● Passionate about getting into the weeds with execution, experimentation, optimization, and testing


● Critical thinker and creative.


● Teamwork ability and verbal communication skills.
