استخدام Senior BI Developer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Senior BI Developer, your goal is to empower the organization with actionable insights by designing, developing, and maintaining robust Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. You will leverage your expertise in data visualization, data modeling, and BI tools to transform raw data into meaningful and comprehensive dashboards and reports. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable BI solutions that drive informed decision-making.

 Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Data Modeling: Create and maintain efficient data models that support BI and reporting requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work with Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines and data warehousing solutions are optimized for BI reporting. Partner with Data Scientists to incorporate advanced analytics into BI solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical BI solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in BI reports and dashboards.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and trends. Recommend and implement improvements to BI processes and tools.
 Requirements :

  • At least Bachelor in computer science, physics, statistics, and other data related majors
  • 4+  years experience of working as a BI developer or other data related positions
  • Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres, Neo4j, and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. 
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing solutions.
  • Experience with visualization techniques and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python is a plus.
