The HR Business Partner (HRBP) in BimeBazar serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The HRBP aligns business objectives with employees and management, providing guidance and support on various HR matters, including but not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR policy implementation. The HRBP acts as a strategic partner to department heads and executives, contributing to the development and execution of HR initiatives that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of those objectives.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate solutions to resolve conflicts or concerns.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and coordinate the delivery of learning programs.
  • Partner with compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices and benefits offerings.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and initiatives.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, by providing expertise in change management and employee communication.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business goals into HR initiatives.
