شرح موقعیت شغلی
Responsibilities
- Help technical team to write, design, and post technical job descriptions
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Source potential candidates through online platforms ( like Github, StackOverflow, ...)
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Perform pre-screening calls
- Onboard new hires
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Undergraduate or graduate in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or relevant degree
- Fluent in English
