Job Description
Analyze manual flows:
● Communicating with process owners: Sales, Installation, HR, Finances teams and etc.
● Understanding manual operational procedures and flows.
● Understanding the business logic of each operation.
● Identifying and prioritizing operational needs and problems.
Designing optimal processes:
● Finding the best solutions for complicated situations.
● Designing optimal flows for repeatable cycles.
● Considering requirements of next steps in summarizing operations.
Developing complete new processes:
● Implementing designed processes in the modeler.
● Developing required scripts to communicate with the back-end.
● Using call activities to reuse similar functionalities.
● Implementing special solutions to cover limitations.
● Fully test and debug process.
● Completing standard documentation of the process.
Improving current processes:
● Understanding the current functionality of the process.
● Understanding change requests.
● Designing and developing requested changes by considering minimum changes in other functionalities.
● Apply required changes in documentations.
● Fully test and debug process.
● Implementation of new/changed processes in practice on the process owners' level.
● Compliance with the standards approved by the BPM team.

Requirements:
● Strong understanding of key business process flows in a medium/large company.
● Languages: English (written and verbal – advanced work proficiency).
● Experience in business process development.
● University degree in the IT or Technical fields (is an advantage).
Must-have skills:
● Maximum attention to detail and analytical thinking.
● Orientation on the research of additional information independently.
● Ability to organize workload taking full responsibility for what you do.
● Ability to provide information clearly and shortly.
● Friendly and communicative.
● Languages: English (written and verbal – advanced work proficiency).
● Experience in business process development.
● University degree in the IT or Technical fields (is an advantage).
