شرح موقعیت شغلی


Responsibilities:

·         Working with RDBMS such as Postgres.

·         Working with NO-SQL such as MongoDB.

·         Provide leadership and mentor a group of engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

·         Successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical environment and guide the team in resolving technical issues.

·         Manage and drive complex technical projects from the planning stage through execution.

·         Perform code reviews and effectively manage the technical team.

·         Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.

·         Monitor and support project standards, approaches, and policies

·         Gathering requirements

·         Lead the implementation of the solution’s architecture from ideation to completion

·         Prioritization and planning

·         Decomposition of User Stories to technical tasks for Backend developers

·         Align, improve processes and approaches across all platforms, and communicate updates to the teams and other streams. Review solutions

Requirements:

·         Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.

·         Expertise in back-end programming languages JavaScript, TypeScript, and NodeJs.

·         Expertise in front-end frameworks like React  (preferred).

·         Strong backend experience in Node.js, Javascript.

·         Strong  Microservices architecture, and Continuous Integration experience.

·         Must possess exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, solution-focused with the ability to understand and articulate complex problems into simple issues and solutions.

·         A passion for coding and keeping up to date with new technologies frameworks and techniques.

·         Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

·         Solid understanding of Git and managed source control services like GitLab.

·         Foundational knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Good to have:

  • AWS/Azure infrastructure.
  • Kubernetes.
  • CI/ CD tools.
  • Domain Driven Design
