Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Dashboards: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to various stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations.
Support Business Processes: Design new metrics and enhance existing ones to support evolving business processes and product success.
User Journey Exploration: Investigate data to identify challenges in the user journey, propose hypotheses, and present potential solutions.
Collaborate & Share Knowledge: Work closely with other analysts and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in data analytics.

Requirements:

Experience: 1+ years in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities using analytical, statistical, and quantitative approaches.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Expertise in Python for data analysis.
- Proven experience with SQL optimization, MDX, and DAX queries.
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and gathering data from various sources.

Preferred:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI for dashboard development.
Experience working with large datasets, conducting data analysis, and reporting for business decision-making.
