Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI-Augmented Development)

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications from front to back
• Leverage Claude Code and other AI coding tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and improve code quality
• Translate product ideas into working features quickly through rapid prototyping and iterative ("vibe coding") workflows
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver great user experiences
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and help establish best practices for AI-assisted development
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and monitoring

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js)
• Solid back-end experience Node.js and RESTful/GraphQL API design
• Hands-on experience with Neon (serverless Postgres) and Neon Auth for database management and authentication in production applications
• Experience designing and working within monorepo structures (using tools like Turborepo, Nx, or pnpm workspaces) to manage shared code and multiple applications efficiently
• Experience with Inngest for building and managing background jobs, event-driven workflows, and durable functions
• Proven, real-world experience using Claude Code for production development, including building custom skills, defining rules (CLAUDE.md), leveraging the plugin system, and integrating MCP servers to extend its capabilities
• Strong familiarity with "vibe coding" and AI-driven rapid development workflows
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering and how to get the best results from AI coding assistants
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English

• Experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into applications
• Familiarity with the Anthropic API and building AI-powered features
• Experience with TypeScript
• Contributions to open-source projects
