Responsibilities:
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the company's performance and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Generating reports and dashboards to present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Identifying new market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion or diversification.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities, benchmarking Yektanet's performance against industry standards.
- Providing strategic recommendations based on market insights to support product development, marketing campaigns, and business growth strategies.
- Supporting the development of short-term and long-term business strategies in alignment with Yektanet's goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with senior management to identify strategic priorities and initiatives, contributing to the company's overall growth and profitability.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the business roadmap and operational plan.
- Collaborate with other teams to align and improve productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology/System, Business or other related fields .
- Masters or MBA in related areas is an advantage.
- At least two years of hands-on experience in data/business analysis.
- Experience of building analytics and insights solutions.
- Data analysis and logical reasoning skills.
- A good level of mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving skills with creative solutions to operational and strategic challenges.
