About the Role


We are looking for a Program Manager to coordinate growth and product initiatives across Marketing, Product, and Tech teams.


This role focuses on creating transparent cross-functional workflows, supporting Agile execution, and helping teams maintain alignment between strategic goals and execution.


Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and execution across Marketing, Product, and Tech

Design and maintain transparent request, prioritization, and execution flows

Support Agile project management practices including planning, follow-up, and dependency management

Facilitate alignment meetings and help manage blockers and risks

Support iterative and incremental product development

Own OKR planning coordination and periodic OKR check-ins

Help maintain visibility between strategic outcomes, OKRs, and execution initiatives

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Coordination, Agile delivery, or related roles

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with Agile practices and project management tools such as Jira

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

Success in This Role
