Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on meetings and opportunities initiated by the Business Manager to ensure they reach a successful outcome.
- Act as a bridge between the Business Manager and potential clients, partners, or stakeholders.
- Maintain strong, professional communication and build trusted relationships within the gold industry.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, track progress, and provide regular updates on business opportunities.
- Support the Business Manager in negotiations, deal closures, and strategic initiatives.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business leads within the gold sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills with the ability to push opportunities to closure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English [and local language if needed].
- Knowledge or interest in the gold/jewelry/precious metals industry is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented.
