We’re looking for a creative and thoughtful Social Media Specialist who can connect with our audience, spark conversations, and turn our mission into a relatable online presence

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage content calendar and post across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and deliver weekly/monthly reports
  • Collaborate with designers on creative content ideas
  • Track trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for organic growth
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute paid social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations, cross-page promotions, and platform-based ads
  • Leverage AI tools for content planning, automation, analytics, and engagement (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, FeedHive, etc.)
Requirements:


  • 3+ years of professional experience in social media marketing
  • In-depth understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and trends
  • Ability to design and execute targeted social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management platforms
  • Analytical mindset with experience using behavioral data for optimization
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance content creation and performance
