Key responsibilities:

User Journey Design: Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end user flows (registration, buying, selling, saving, and gold delivery).
Product Experience Improvement: Identify pain points and introduce design solutions that simplify and enhance user interactions.
UI Design Excellence: Deliver polished, accessible, and modern UI designs aligned with our brand identity and financial-product standards.
Research & Insights: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to guide design decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into delightful user experiences.
Design System Ownership: Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints (web, mobile app, dashboards).

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms with complex user flows.
Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating user journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design.
Tools: Expertise in design tools such as Figma and familiarity with design systems
User-Centered Mindset: Proven track record of solving real user problems with design thinking.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork to work across product, engineering, and business units.
Big plus: Knowledge of financial platforms, investment tools, or gold/exchange markets.
