Responsibilities:

Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and processes for web and mobile applications.
Design and execute manual and automated test plans, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UI/UX designers to ensure product quality from ideation to release.
Build and maintain automated test frameworks (UI, API, and integration testing).
Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
Advocate for quality-first development practices within the engineering team.
Participate in release planning, ensuring deployment readiness and post-release validation.

Requirements:

4+ years of QA experience
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual + automated).
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
Knowledge of performance, load, and security testing best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in FinTech or high-security platforms (a plus).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
