استخدام VP of Marketing

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Marketing Strategy & Execution:


· Develop and execute growth-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.


· Define and optimize the customer journey to maximize retention and engagement.


· Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (ATL, TV, digital, social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations).


Performance Marketing & User Acquisition:


· Plan and manage paid advertising to drive high-quality leads.


· Implement SEO & content marketing strategies to improve organic traffic.


· Analyze CAC, LTV, ROI, and optimize budget allocation.


Branding & Community Building:


· Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning in the gold trading and fintech space.


· Create engaging content, newsletters, and social media campaigns to build trust with users.


· Work with influencers and financial content creators to promote 


· the platform.


Data-Driven Growth & Optimization:


· Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude) to track user behavior and campaign performance.


· Optimize the onboarding funnel to improve conversion rates.


· Collaborate with the Product & Tech team to enhance user experience (UX/UI).


Team Leadership & Collaboration:


· Build and lead a small but agile marketing team (content, social media, performance marketing).


· Work closely with founders, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.


 


Qualifications & Skills:


· 5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or investment platforms).


· Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and brand strategy.


· Experience in growth hacking, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.


· Hands-on experience with tools, and automation.


· Passion for finance, investment, and digital products (gold & crypto experience is a plus).


· Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.


· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
