We’re looking for a talented Rust Developer to help us create high-performance, efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Profile, debug, and optimize Rust code to ensure top performance and minimal resource usage
Design and implement robust system software that meets stringent performance and reliability standards.
Architect and implement solutions to handle concurrency challenges and asynchronous workflows
Design, implement, and fine-tune low-latency networking protocols for seamless communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and refine systems through feedback.
Write clear, maintainable documentation for code and system architecture to ensure scalability and team alignment.

Qualifications:

+2 years hands-on experience with Rust
Experience with C or C++
Familiarity with OS-level concepts such as memory management, multithreading, and process synchronization.
Familiarity with networking protocols optimized for real-time communication.
Familiarity with video/audio codecs and advanced compression techniques for high-quality and efficient media handling.
