AI/ML Tech Lead – Healthcare Platforms & Medical Systems

We are looking for a highly energetic, sharp, committed, and reliable Tech Lead who is passionate about building modern AI-powered healthcare systems. We value people who take ownership, communicate clearly, move fast, stay accountable, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time.

You will lead the development of scalable healthcare platforms, intelligent medical solutions, and AI-driven systems used in real-world clinical and operational environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead backend and system architecture design for healthcare products
  • Design and develop AI/ML powered features and services
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams
  • Guide technical direction and engineering standards
  • Mentor developers and conduct code reviews
  • Build secure, scalable, and high-availability systems
  • Work with healthcare data integrations and medical platforms
  • Oversee deployment, observability, and production reliability
  • Participate in technical planning and roadmap definition
Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical implementation
  • Experience with LLMs, AI agents, embeddings, RAG pipelines, or ML systems
  • Strong backend development experience
Strong Proficiency In

  • Go
  • Python
  • TypeScript / Node.js
Hands-on Experience With AI Frameworks And Tools Such As

  • LangChain
  • LangGraph
  • LlamaIndex
  • OpenAI APIs
  • Vector databases
  • ML/AI orchestration frameworks
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
  • Experience working in healthcare, medical, dental, EMR/EHR, PMS, or HIPAA-related environments
  • Strong understanding of security and privacy best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice To Have

  • Experience with healthcare integrations such as Dentrix, OpenDental, Eaglesoft, HL7, FHIR, insurance, or eligibility systems
  • Experience with GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience building AI-driven automation systems or CRM workflows
  • Familiarity with MLOps and AI infrastructure
  • Startup experience
  • Experience leading remote engineering teams
  • DevOps or platform engineering experience
  • Experience with analytics and data engineering pipelines
