شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are a product-driven engineering team focused on building scalable, reliable, and data-oriented systems. Our platforms follow modular, API-first architecture and run on modern cloud infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to strengthen our core technical team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable system architectures
  • Develop and maintain backend services (REST / GraphQL APIs)
  • Participate in architectural decisions (ADR) and conduct code reviews
  • Optimize system performance and resolve bottlenecks
  • Design database schemas and optimize queries
  • Implement unit and integration tests
  • Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and Frontend teams
  • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers
Technical Requirements

Required

  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in the following programming languages (in order of priority):
    1. Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
    2. Java
    3. Go
    4. Node.js
  • Solid understanding of:
    • OOP / SOLID principles / Design Patterns
    • Microservices Architecture
    • RESTful API design
    • Git workflows (Git Flow / Trunk-Based Development)
  • Experience with relational databases:
    • MySQL / PostgreSQL
    • Indexing and query optimization
  • Experience working with Docker
  • Strong Linux fundamentals
Nice to Have

  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Cloud experience (AWS / GCP)
  • Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ / Kafka)
  • Experience building high-load systems
