About the role

We’re looking for a modern, product-minded Frontend Developer to help build and evolve our web application. You’ll work on a real production stack.


This is not a “pixel-pusher” role. We expect you to move fast, write clean code, collaborate closely with backend and product, and use AI tools effectively as part of your daily workflow , without sacrificing code quality, security, or architectural judgment.




What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain user-facing features using Next.js App Router, React, and TypeScript
  • Develop reusable UI following our atomic design structure (atoms → molecules → organisms)
  • Implement data-heavy screens with TanStack React Query, TanStack React Table, and Axios
  • Create polished forms and validation flows with Mantine Form and Yup
  • Manage client state with Zustand and URL/query state with nuqs
  • Style and theme interfaces using Mantine v9, Tailwind CSS v4, and PostCSS
  • Work with charts and dashboards using Recharts / @mantine/charts
  • Collaborate on API integration, auth flows, and Next.js rewrites/proxy patterns
  • Participate in code reviews, maintain high standards with ESLint, Prettier, and SonarQube
  • Ship through our GitLab CI/CD pipeline and Docker-based deployments
  • Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate delivery while reviewing, testing, and owning the output

What we’re looking for


Must-have

  • 4+ years of professional frontend development experience
  • Strong expertise in React and Next.js (App Router preferred)
  • Solid TypeScript skills and comfort with modern ES features
  • Experience building production SaaS or dashboard-style applications
  • Proficiency with component libraries (Mantine, MUI, Chakra, or similar)
  • Experience with CSS utility frameworks (Tailwind or equivalent)
  • Hands-on use of TanStack Query (or React Query) for server state
  • Comfortable with Git, merge requests, and team-based workflows
  • Ability to work efficiently with AI coding tools , prompting well, validating output, refactoring generated code, and knowing when not to accept suggestions
  • Strong communication skills and ownership mindset

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with TanStack Table, Zustand, Yup/Zod, and nuqs
  • Familiarity with atomic design or design-system-driven development
  • Mantine experience specifically
  • pnpm monorepo or workspace experience
  • Docker and containerized frontend workflows
  • GitLab CI/CD, Husky, Commitlint, lint-staged
  • SonarQube or static analysis in CI
  • Healthcare, insurance, or fintech domain experience
  • Experience with Figma and design-to-code handoff
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, cookies/auth, and CORS/proxy patterns

Nice-to-have

We treat AI as a force multiplier, not a replacement for engineering judgment. You should be able to:


  • Use AI to scaffold features, write tests, refactor, and explore solutions faster
  • Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, accessibility, and maintainability
  • Write clear prompts and break work into reviewable chunks
  • Know when to iterate with AI vs. when to design or debug manually
  • Keep commits, PRs, and documentation human-readable and team-friendly


What success looks like

  • You ship features end-to-end , from UI to API integration , with minimal hand-holding
  • Components you build are reusable, typed, accessible, and consistent with the design system
  • You move faster than average because you leverage AI and write code you’d be proud to maintain in 12 months
  • Code reviews from you raise the bar for the whole team
  • Dashboards, patient flows, and eligibility screens feel fast, clear, and reliable to end users
