شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Technical Manager with comprehensive expertise across modern technologies, capable of guiding our engineering teams and defining the optimal tech stack for each project. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of APIs, modern databases, and application development, along with strong leadership skills to ensure high-quality technical execution.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead software engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and define the technical roadmap and architecture for each project.
  • Evaluate and select the most suitable technologies based on project needs, scalability requirements, and long-term maintainability.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to developers, helping them grow in both technical and professional areas.
  • Oversee API design, integration, and performance optimization to ensure robust system communication.
  • Ensure strong database architecture and management using modern, high-performance DB solutions.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code that aligns with industry standards.
  • Fully understand and supervise application developers across both web and desktop platforms.
  • Assign tasks effectively, ensuring clarity, accurate prioritization, and timely delivery.

Requirements



  •  years of hands-on software development experience, including 5+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
  • Strong mastery of modern APIs, REST, and related integration protocols.
  • Deep understanding of modern database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data architecture best practices.
  • Proficiency with web application development, including JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
  • Solid working knowledge of Python and application-level programming.
  • Experience with architectural design patterns, scalability techniques, cloud-based infrastructures, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to evaluate, adopt, and implement the best technologies based on each project’s specific requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
  • Experience with Windows application development is a plus.
