Job Description
We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic new business line team as a critical player. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our company. You will work closely with our team to ensure effective HR processes are in place to support the business objectives.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with managers to provide HR support.
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise managers on employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, including employment law and regulation.
- Provide guidance and support for compensation and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to HR challenges.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently
