Wino is looking for an experienced and innovative Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of UI/UX design, 3D modeling and design, and brand identity creation. This role requires a creative visionary who can balance aesthetic intuition with strategic thinking to lead the creative direction of projects, ensuring that all design elements are cohesive, functional, and aligned with the brand’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Creative Direction: Oversee the creative vision for projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring all visual outputs align with the brand's identity and marketing objectives.
  • UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces for digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences through research-driven approaches. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the design is executed properly across all digital touchpoints.
  • 3D Design and Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and visualizations to enhance digital and physical branding projects. Develop 3D assets for marketing, product presentations, and interactive experiences.
  • Brand Identity Development: Lead the creation and evolution of brand identities, ensuring the visual language resonates with the target audience and stands out in the marketplace. This includes designing logos, color schemes, typography, and other key elements of brand identity.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior designers and creatives, providing guidance and feedback throughout the creative process. Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to integrate design solutions that support broader business objectives. Present ideas and concepts clearly and confidently to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in UI/UX design, 3D design, and brand identity development.
  • UI/UX Expertise: Extensive experience in designing user-centric digital products, with proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user research. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
  • 3D Design Skills: Strong proficiency in 3D design software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya, with experience in modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
  • Brand Identity: Proven experience in building and evolving brand identities, from logos to complete visual language systems.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead a creative team, mentor junior designers, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), alongside experience with 3D software and UI/UX design tools.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and the ability to turn complex ideas into cohesive design solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
