شرح موقعیت شغلی

WeHub is a UK healthcare technology company. We build the platform that moves data between healthcare systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

We are a small team. The people who build the product own it.

About the role

This is a configuration role, not a software development role. You will not write production code. If you are looking for a back end development job, this is not it.

Our platform is built on one idea: most integrations should be configuration, not a development project.

You will set up, test and support customer integrations using WeHub Studio, our visual workflow builder. You report to our Integration Lead and learn the healthcare side of the work from him.

Responsibilities

• Set up customer integrations in WeHub Studio from our standard templates
 • Configure field mappings between systems
 • Test integrations and confirm the data is correct
 • Call and test APIs using Postman
 • Investigate data errors and re run failed transfers
 • Write clear setup notes and hand over to support
 • Answer technical questions from our UK team

Requirements

• Good understanding of REST APIs: endpoints, authentication, requests and responses, status codes
 • Comfortable working with JSON, XML and CSV
 • Experience testing APIs with Postman or a similar tool
 • Able to read a technical specification and follow it exactly
 • Strong written and spoken English
 • Careful and organised, and willing to ask when something is unclear

Important: working days

Our working week is Sunday to Thursday, not Saturday to Wednesday. Start time 09:30. This is to align with our UK team. Please confirm this schedule works for you before applying.

Nice to have

• SFTP or file based data transfers
 • Basic SQL
 • Any exposure to healthcare data standards such as HL7 or FHIR
 • Experience in a technical role dealing with customers

Details

• Probation: one month. At the end of the period the team reviews your work and confirms the full time role.
 • Training in healthcare data standards, supported by our Integration Lead
 • On site
