We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Campaign Manager to join our team. As the Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement, managing campaigns, and enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and shareable content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos. Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand materials. Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts for maximum reach and engagement. Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in social media and design.
- Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations. Encourage user-generated content and customer advocacy. Execute a User Generated Content Strategy, collecting video reviews, feedback, and testimonials.
- Analytics and Reporting: Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of social and traffic key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis. Provide monthly reports on community development and engagement. Offer insights and recommendations for improving social media performance based on data-driven insights.
- Campaign Management: Lead campaign management from ideation to execution for product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency. Plan and execute social media campaigns to support dealership launches, promotions, and sponsored events. Ensure brand alignment across all channels.
- Social Advertising: Develop and implement paid social media advertising campaigns. Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve desired outcomes within budget. Provide customer service support through direct engagement on social channels.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language is essential.
- Proven experience in campaign management, content creation, and community engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, design tools, and applications.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
