Key Responsibilities

- Design and Branding: Create high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and product interfaces.
- Fintech Visuals: Develop visuals that communicate complex fintech concepts in a clear and engaging manner, ensuring brand consistency.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to design interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Marketing Support: Designadvertising banners, email templates, and social media graphics to support marketing campaigns.
- Data Visualization: Create infographics, charts, and other data visualization elements that simplify fintech data for a wide audience.
-Creative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team to develop innovative visual ideas.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize a library of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1 year in the fintech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
- UI/UX Knowledge: Understanding of user interface design principles and experience working with UI/UX teams.
- Branding Skills: Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines for fintech products.
- Data Visualization: Ability to create clear and engaging infographics and data visualizations.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing fintech design projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects) is a plus
- Familiarity with web design principles and tools like HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of financial services and fintech trends
