  1. Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
    • Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  2. Scrum Framework:
    • Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Lean methodologies.
    • Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and values.
  3. Team Collaboration:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration within the team.
    • Experience in facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, Product Owner, and development team.
  4. Servant Leadership:
    • Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to support and empower the team to self-organize and make decisions.
    • Ability to remove impediments and barriers that hinder the team's progress.
  5. Conflict Resolution:
    • Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques to address issues and disagreements within the team.
    • Experience in promoting a positive team environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a focus on refining Agile processes and practices.
    • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance team performance.
  7. Metrics and Reporting:
    • Knowledge of Agile metrics and KPIs to track team performance and project progress.
    • Experience in generating and analyzing Agile metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  8. Tool Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with Agile management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps for facilitating Scrum ceremonies and tracking team progress.
    • Ability to leverage Agile tools to enhance transparency, collaboration, and productivity.
  9. Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
