Key Responsibilities

- Blockchain Strategy and Architecture: Develop and implement blockchain solutions aligned with company goals, ensuring scalability and security.
- Smart Contract Development: Write, test, and deploy smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum, ensuring they are efficient and secure.
- Decentralized Applications (dApps): Develop and maintain dApps, collaborating with developers to integrate blockchain functionalities.
- Blockchain Security: Implement security measures, conduct audits, and stay updated on blockchain security practices.
- Research and Development: Explore new blockchain technologies and lead initiatives to create innovative solutions.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure blockchain solutions comply with regulations and work with legal teams.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical guidance.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor blockchain application performance and optimize for reliability.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s or specialized blockchain certifications preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in software development, with 2-3 years in blockchain technologies; experience with platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Solidity, Vyper, Rust, or Go; understanding of cryptographic principles, and blockchain development tools like Truffle and Hardhat.
- Security Skills: Knowledge of blockchain security practices, smart contract audits, and cryptographic standards.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate blockchain concepts effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with DeFi, DAOs, tokenomics, open-source blockchain projects, and blockchain certifications such as CBE or CBD.
