About the Role
We are seeking a Senior English Content Writer to join our team in a remote. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects. While fluency in English is essential, knowledge of the Turkish language (Istanbul dialect) is considered a valuable bonus.
Responsibilities
- Research and write clear, engaging blog posts, tutorials, and articles on various topics, including personal growth, relationships, technology, and innovation.
- Develop SEO-optimized content for platforms, primarily WordPress.
- Edit and proofread content to meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to align content strategies with project goals.
- Stay informed about current trends in SEO, content writing, and relevant industries.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven writing and editing experience with a strong portfolio.
- Exceptional English writing and speaking skills with excellent grammar and communication.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, including themes, plugins, Gutenberg, and WooCommerce.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Open to feedback and adaptable to evolving content strategies.
Bonus Skills
- Proficiency in the Istanbul dialect of Turkish is highly valued.
- Familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
