Ping is a hybrid-decentralized exchange with a specific focus on a user-friendly trading platform including a P2P barter trade community. We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries. Collaborate closely with our dynamic team to ensure seamless integration and exceptional results. Responsibilities:

  • Architect, implement, and refine customer-facing features across our platforms.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with product designers to make informed decisions that enhance user experiences.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of platform performance, development processes, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Develop clean, well-structured code to deliver high-speed, user-friendly web applications for desktop and mobile browsers.
  • Apply creative thinking to address both technical and business challenges, contributing to innovative solutions.
  • Cultivate a knowledge-sharing culture, actively engaging with colleagues to foster mutual learning.
  • Construct reusable components and front-end libraries, ensuring scalability and consistency for future projects.
  • Spearhead research initiatives to introduce and advocate for cutting-edge technologies and best practices within the team.
Requirements:

  • Over 6 years of hands-on experience in developing production software.
  • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React, demonstrating a deep understanding of their intricacies.
  • Proven experience with JavaScript testing tools, ensuring the delivery of robust and error-free code.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of overcoming complex technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with source control tools such as Git, ensuring efficient collaboration and version management.
  • Expertise in front-end debugging and testing techniques, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and browser rendering behavior.
  • Proficient in state-management patterns like Zustand, Redux, or similar, ensuring efficient data flow and consistency.
  • Hands-on experience with WebSocket, contributing to real-time and responsive web applications.
  • Previous experience in the blockchain industry is a significant plus.
  • Proficient in English communication.
