We are looking for a sharp, innovative, and self-driven Senior Business Data Analyst to join our team. This position goes beyond repetitive reporting and basic dashboard maintenance. We deal with complex, ambiguous business challenges that require deep analytical thinking. If you enjoy being handed a messy, high-stakes problem, turning it into a data-driven strategy, and executing the solution independently from start to finish, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate ambiguity into action by taking vague, complex business challenges and independently designing the data frameworks needed to solve them.
  • Own analytics projects end-to-end — from diagnosing the core issue and gathering relevant data to building models and delivering final solutions independently.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring data insights directly impact revenue, operational efficiency, or business growth.
  • Integrate AI tools and advanced workflows into daily analysis processes to solve complex problems more efficiently and creatively.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business data analytics, data science, or a highly quantitative role.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
  • Strong background in statistical modeling, forecasting, and working with advanced data toolsets.
  • Proven track record of analyzing business performance (such as P&L metrics or operational bottlenecks) and identifying the right data required to solve issues.
  • Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous environments without a strict roadmap.
  • Solid understanding of data infrastructure, pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing fundamentals is a strong plus.
  • Experience or strong interest in Trade mechanics and Blockchain technology is considered an advantage.
