In the Market Making Team, we are looking for someone to analyze and evaluate the market and manage some of our trading accounts according to market conditions and trading strategies.
As a Market Maker, we are supposed to make orders in the market and improve the health of orderbook and trades based on defined conditions. Most of the orders are placed by our bots and software programs, and the frequency of trades is very high, so it is necessary to be familiar with technical terms.
These are what we expect from a Trading Account Manager:
- Being familiar with cryptocurrency, financial markets, and related terms and having work experience in these fields.
- Having experience trading in popular crypto exchanges and knowing the limits and conditions of these exchanges.
- Being familiar with Risk Management, Fund Management, and ability to work with semi-complex mathematical equations and math-based strategies.
- Appropriate ability to work with technical tools like Bots, Reporting Software, Excel, Word, BI Dashboards, etc.
Requirements:
- Complete familiarity with financial markets and digital currencies
- Review and analysis of financial markets
- Familiarity with capital management in the financial market
- Risk management ability and financial intelligence
- Being available at the required times and being able to be on call
- Problem solving ability
