Responsibilities
- Register and issue accounting documents.
- Responsible for routine accounting tasks
- Document financial transactions
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
- Prepare documents for insurance auditors.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Register quarterly reports and added values tax.
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Monitor accounts status, make discrepancies as needed, and make necessary correction and adjustments.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Responsibilities - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Hands-on experience with Hamkaran System Software
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
