Description
In the Market Making Team, we are looking for a Trading Operation Assistant.

Review daily market data to identify potential issues or opportunities and take appropriate actions.
Conduct routine market-making reviews for other members of the team to ensure optimal trading outcomes.
Utilize programming insights to improve the performance of market-making bots and identify new trading strategies.
Work with the product manager to identify, track, and resolve bugs and problems related to market-making bots.
Configure and maintain the market-making bots to execute identified actions and monitor their performance regularly.
Analyze market trends and determine how best to adjust the bots’ parameters to take advantage of them.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential losses and implement strategies to minimize risk.
Provide regular reports on bot performance and trading activities.
Trade manually with assets from market making accounts.

Requirements:

At least a bachelor’s degree
Being available at the required times and being able to be on call
Problem-solving ability
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and news that may impact trading strategies.
Mastery of technical and fundamental analysis and experience work with indicators.
