In this role, the Employee Engagement Generalist will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing engagement programs, initiatives, and action plans to support Wallex’s engagement framework and strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience designing employee programs, developing action plans, and managing multiple projects while creating an environment that engages and retains employees. The objective of this role is to drive a positive employee experience on all employee touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Measuring and tracking progress; analyzing feedback, insights, and consulting on action plans informed by data.
- Supporting employee ambassador program to help share positive stories internally and externally
- Plan and deliver unique employee events and experiences for our employees
- Develop and implement an annual calendar of events and corresponding budget
- Use data to develop turnover mitigation strategies.
- Spread the positive vibe!
Requirements:
- Experience in creating employee experience campaigns
- Ability to operate with ambiguity
- Excellent writing, technical writing, and editing skills
- Experience working within an HR team
- Must demonstrate initiative to proactively assess and resolve issues
- Must be comfortable in small group presentations
